We love food and luxury dining as much as you do, which is why we pull out all the stops to recreate the atmosphere and quality you’d expect from a high-end restaurant, no matter the venue!
Being a chef requires a special combination of skills – you have to be able to come up with an exciting and enticing menu, manage a busy kitchen and ensure that the latter meets industry standards and health regulations. Working in gastronomy for the past 13 years has taught me a lot. In that time, I’ve worked in a lot of kitchens of varying standards and gained a wealth of experience. I’ve also met a lot of wonderful people in this industry, including my wife Anna, and it’s our shared motivation, devotion and passion for food that has brought us to where we are today.
Our story began three years ago when we were asked to organise a wedding reception. That’s when the idea to set up our own business and cook for larger groups, and we were thrilled by the amount of interest among potential customers. Nowadays we have a long list of happy and returning customers who have personally experienced our strong passion for food and our desire to share that passion with others.
